The majority of the country agree with Feingold I'm sure, but remember that Feingold is making his move to run for president now, and if all the other DEms lined up behind him, they would be making him their leader. Can you expect probable candidates Clinton, Kerry, Biden, Bayh to make Feingold their leader? Get serious. Besides, censuring doesn't accomplish anything. They censured DElay three times and he's still around. Wait until DEms control congress then start real investigations. Put Bush-cheney under oath and make them commit perjury (which they'll have to do on nearly every issue).
