It's in the WSJ Jake, put a little salt on it - their editorial page WORSHIPS the chimp Caesar - just like you used to! I just get a kick out of them worrying about impeachment if the Dems take the House. Let's hope their fears come true. I'll bet by that time, a couple of Republican senators running for President will even vote to convict. Even I don't support censuring Bush - a scolding is far, far too mild a punishment for his crimes, failures and complete incompetece. He's really the worst President in my lifetime, with a failed elective quagmire war sold almost entirely by his own efforts - but that's just at the top of his failure list. Unlike Johnson, there are NO ameliorating accomplisments to cite, pretty much everything Bush has done is in the detriment pan of the scale.
