Amazing... nearly $1500 per square foot. The real estate occupied by the baseboard heaters and the few inches of leeway you should give them must total $25000 or more.

That's my neighborhood! I could walk there from here.

People buy these properties for the land, tear down the place, and then build a 3-story 1-room-wide house on the lot.

Beach property is pricey, dont'ya know! (although this place is about a 5 minute walk from the sand).

Needless to say, I rent!
