Yes. I see you are on top of everything these days...

Not surprising to see some insider buying as many people are blinded by their success and way to close to see outside of their narrow focus it seems. Many either too young or changed fields so were not exposed to the last downturn directly. You know the NAR saying home prices never have gone down and household formations growing at a rapid clip are powerful stuff..
