Since Florida rejects cruel and unusual punishment, unlike California which allows the appeal process to drag on for decades, the sentence will probably be carried out within two years. He has no patience for the specious arguments the defense presented trying to get this Joseph Smith out of the death penalty. The guy is toast. This is still developing.
