The "Wiz" expects a big selloff shortly perhaps after options expiration. Buying opportunity could be as early as June or late as Oct.

A 2% rise in the 10 year risk free rate decreases asset values based on discount valuation models by about 30%. Looks more like stagflation, slow economic growth and rising rates for years to come.. Plummeting asset values in general, certain hard assets can do very well, new leaders emerge, cash is trash, our bubble RE markets get slammed.
