mph, This is quite true. That's why I would ask him to write down the instructions in the King's English rather than have him do a show and tell. Send him all your manuals for you electronic equipment and let him translate them.

Funny thing, but when I bought my cell phone, I thought the manual was quite well written and clear. That was, until I tried to relate it to the phone it allegedly went with. Lots of trial and error there. <g> - Holly
