Bernard

ALAN has been in talks with FL for over 18 months! That's the problem with their little niche..They talk, the state listens, they make pilots, the state drags its feet.

The company releases PR with no real contract in place then when they do get a finalized project, like VA's Marion, it is for 200k less than what they orginally said it would be.

They don't break out where the RFID money is coming from so we don't know which pilots are actually in place and which are not. When they do show us the money it is way below what it should have been considering the past announced contracts. I thought this was due to the way the payouts were structured as it takes nearly a year to collect the money..10% at 6 months, 20% etc. thru a full year, but I'm beginning to wonder about some of those past contracts because we have not seen nearly the money over the past year that should have been in the year end and Q1-06!! There is maintance money from RFID...where is it? They don't break that out either, what % of total rev.s are maintance? What happened to the other part of the malysia project?

AS you can tell, I'm extremely frustrated with this company. I have a great working relationship with both Carlson and Oster, but something just does not add up. I don't think I've been lied to, just not told everything there is to know. When I ask these questions all I get is "it all takes time, alot of time." I know that the company has been running back and forth to Washington D.C. Assuming that they are talking with Ashcroft Group and they are acutally earning the 75k shares they were paid. That is all together a different rant though...the constant dilutive "issuance of shares" Between issuing shares and paying "dividends in kind" the to Perferred A's and B's even if they were to make money the PE ratios would be destroyed from the 38mm outstanding.

Sorry to rant at you Bernard..nothing to you personally, I just needed to write all of this down and get it out of my craw.

Thanks

Ken
