<<"almost anyone can be bought">> That's the truth. I live in a county subdivision that's all 5 acre lots with the homes running from $180k to $500k, surrounded by farm land. The county annexed 180 acres next to us and ok'ed a low income subdivision with 5 homes per acre selling at $120k. It will ruin the whole area, traffic will be nuts. Our township supervisor stopped it two years ago. Now he pushed it through. Why? Now he gets the contract for the flooring for 240 cheap homes.
