I saw an item in IBD tonite that caught my eye - it stated that the number of bearish advisors has risen to the highest level since April 2003. <<The Investors Intelligence weekly survey of newsletter writers showed bearish sentiment jumping to its highest level since April 18, 2003. Skepticism is often a good sign for the market.
