Jim, I was at the Korea vs. Japan game in Anaheim. Despite Japan batting second, it was pretty much a home game for Team Korea, as they had the vast majority of fans on their side.

The game itself was mostly defense until the final two innings. Top of the eighth, Lee Jong-Beom drives in two runs for Korea. But bottom of the ninth, things got scary as the first Japanese guy gets a solo homer. Then another Japanese guy gets on base, and the following guy hits the ball JUST outside of the foul pole. What a close one.

Awesome game all around.
