New, first of all, let me say how impressed I am with your work. I have seen your posts on IPMG (with the CEO and TA) and your willingness to pick up the phone and put in some work is awesome. Thanks for the updates, since it is so very hard to keep up with so many stocks. About IPMG making the list. Here's the rules:

Transparent Flamingo Rules - this is the standard in order to be considered for the list.

1. Must be a pinksheet stock

2. Must use a transfer agent that releases the issued shares and/or have filed at least 2 consecutive timely reports that contain the capital structure (those having both are held in the highest regards).

3. Must have a sponsor by a TF staff member to remain on the list. All stocks without sponsorship for more than one week will be removed from the list.

Note:

~> Sponsorship investorshub.com

~> Management will be called by the Transparent Flamingo staff before being added to the list.

~> Companies filing current pinksheet reports preferred.

~> Companies using transfer agents that release all share structure data are preferred (A/S,I/S,restricted).

~> Companies without reverse splits preferred.

~> The Transparent Flamingo operates under a Y rating (suitable for all children). Therefore, any company that has ANY products/services/affiliates not suitable for children will not be considered for the list.

~> The Transparent Flamingo reserves the right to remove a company from the list at any time.

So, looks like they would side in as able to be considered for sponsorship. The best thing to do is post all your info regarding the SS #'s and your conversation with the CEO and then post it on TF1 ( Subject 56210 ) or TF2 ( investorshub.com ). Then one of the TF staff would put it under consideration for sponsorship. It's not as easy as it used to be to get on the list. We are trying to step up the requirements in order to find the best of the best. IPMG may be one of those, but I honestly haven't done any work on it in a long time. Right now I'm real busy crossing the "t's" and dotting the "i's" on LBWR ( investorshub.com ). I am hoping this is the next stock on the TF list....guess we shall see soon.
