That MIGHT solve the immediate problem of deficit but the subsequent increase in unemployment, reduction in economic activity would substantially reduce government revenues. So, whats your next step? jdn

We all know that Kenny wants other people's money. Kenny must have a mean streak as President Bush's tax cuts resulted in a 15% increase in Federal revenue. Seems like the hatred of those who succeed may really be the issue with Kenny.
