public opinion is working against us.

its wonderful how the nyt , etc have finally turned public opinion. how many negative articles have they published in the last three years? How much coverage has democrats in congress gotten over negative remarks without constructive recommendations been played out of tv.

Civil war has been on top of the news for years and is constant what would anyone expect from a manipulated public who does not spend any time questioning the news.

Well, to be honest, I wouldnt even disrespect my hind end to use the NYT's as TOILET PAPER, much less actually READ IT. Hoever, Cobra 11 does give one pause to reconsider. Note that the Coalition is launching today the largest airstrike since the Iraqi war to clean out a hornets nest near Samar. I am willing to bet there is more to it then that. Wouldnt surprise me if we eventually learn this was where the Iranian forces were congregating and we are going to eradicate them as an example. I am hopeful still. jdn

LOL... It is really quite amusing. Hows the economy? Were we attacked in 911? Iraq has been and continues to be an amazing success. The military execution at the beginning was stunning. The fact that the military has adapted to the novel roll required by the cultural devastation of decades left behind is also a marvelous success.

Oh, I have lots of picture of children greeting the troops with flowers.

Yesterday senator schumer gave the best reason I've heard for those who oppose the port deal. Basically UAE Arabs are the same as skinheads. It seems there are a good number of Republican who in effect have this belief also.

President Bush responded almost instantly with a his veto option. Some times the clarity of what is moral is obvious and trumps and must be stated quickly and firmly. I am glad President Bush demonstrated once again the honesty of his moral clarity.

I heard Krauthammer talking how the President should have used the all know Arabs are like skinhead and the deal should have been quashed behind closed doors and it was a bad ideal to do it in public as has occured. Kristol went on and on about how the President screwed up because he did not sell the deal ahead of time.

I guess like the President I did not expect Republicans to have such hating racist views of Arabs. Maybe that's why the President is always speaking of Islam as a religion of peace to defuse the clear fear and racist hatred that permeates America having nothing to do with political party.

And what I have read and I have seen shows me the results of many brilliant men. Don Rumsfeld, Tommy Franks and all the Presidents men do well.

And inspite of all the no nothing naysayers, don't worry, America and it's can do team will succeed in Iraq.

Now I expect to hear all the regurgitated opinions of the various bimbo brained talking heads of the media.
