I really agree with you about volume and price preceding news. We can only assume that insider info is used to a much greater extent than commonly assumed.

Lex - PVCT - I'm a big believer of new highs on vol qualifying additional purchases. This is in direct contrast of averaging down or chasing bad money with good.
