I don't know what sort of proof you need, (sorry I do not have proof from your beloved Krugman), but in past posts and even now I have shown that Kennedy WAS neck deep and DID start the escalation of Vietnam.

"I believe the historical record says otherwise...."

Why not state what you believe, oh elusive one? Here's a direct question for you (since those are what you demand).

What do you, Buddy McKee, think Kennedy's involvement in Viet Nam was?

The poster you are "correcting" thought that the escalation had begun under Kennedy, and that he was not trying to get us out of Viet Nam.

I am going to make a prediction. Buddy McKee will not answer the question.
