Congrats on voting for it! Since Congress approved it, why did it go to the States? And who exactly within the States did it go to - the State govt legislation? Or, do you mean every State had to run its own election for the populous? Which states voted against it? Let me guess - the usual suspects like South Dakota? RE: "especially the women voters" You're flipping the other way - at first it's men's fault, now it's women's. It's actually both where you find a lack of progressive attitude in too many. I also suspect it wasn't popular among the uneducated. RE: your other post about the singer The USA should change.
