Your wiggling on this one...like a trout on the hook. Bush said: "...a wiretap requires a court order. Nothing has changed, by the way. When we're talking about chasing down terrorists, we're talking about getting a court order before we do so." President George Bush, April 20, 2004, in Buffalo, New York. He said that he'd get the court order to that. That nothing had changed. Are you offering that something had changed after he said this...or was it before? Orca
