Rove has good reason to keep Bush's public statements and news conferences down to a bare minimum. I guess the latest lie was really that one about the levees being breeched. Who'd of guessed? Uh...how about every news anchor on every channel and every official who understood that a wall of water predicted to overtop the levees by 10 to 12 feet had some sort of an inkling. But not Bush. He went merrily off to play guitar at a birthday party and other important presidential duties...much more important than a cat 5 hurricane bearing down on New Orleans. I guess he had it covered...horse show manager Brownie was doing a heck of a job. Orca
