Or down south, Venezuela? A lot of prime real estate for sale down there after the owners have left the country and lodging with friends in Florida until clarification of their visa issues and finding a proper place to live there.

I'll tell you........global warming or no global warming, I moved to a place where there is lots of water for a reason. I think water is going to become a major problem in the not too distant future......esp. for a place like S. CA that is so dependent on sources outside the state.
