Trust me. re:.......he's taking a cross country drive....what does he need a gun for? It's a right not a need, his rights were infringed including jail for which all charges were eventually dropped. When did you decide to just look the other way on rights issues? Okay. Then he was in violation of NJ law. The law does not prevent you from carrying a gun but it wants that gun carried in a particular way. Why did he violate the law? Maybe he is a criminal.
