Congratulations, Oral! Looks like twins to me. I think this justifies a double, maybe a couple of doubles. <g>

BTW, I make this marvelous drink in my blender with frozen mango, vodka, and peach or apricot brady, with maybe a couple or three ice cubes. It's yummy. You should try it. - Holly

<edit I'll try to find one of my more amusing ultrasound stories from a thread of long ago and post a link here.>

Oral and Thread, A somewhat amusing vignette from the very early days of medical ultrasound technology:

On a side note, ultrasound was pretty primitive back then (the very early 1970s) and bore no resemblance to highly detailed and colored ultrasound images of today.

The images of olden times registered white squiggly lines on a black background, and images thought to be germane by the technician were snapped with an external Polaroid camera. These Polaroid pictures were then attached to paper, a la scrapbook fashion, and placed in the patient's chart. - Holly

Congratulations Oral. My twins will soon be nine. Twins are very lucky; they will always have a closest friend. Mine are girl and boy.

Most twins parents report that around two they develop into playmates for each other which reduces the parenting load. One man said he had to put a fence across the entrance to his family room; his twins would get this devious look on thier faces and head straight for trouble in opposite directions. I admit to doing the same thing for a year or so. Twins are great because you can feed them both at the same time.

If their parents allow them to get off of the same feeding a sleep schedule they will get very stressed out very quickly.
