100% Bullish on the SMH! stockconsultant.com On the other hand I have posted from a couple of sources that the SMH up channel has support on the lower end of the range at 35 and that the SOX has corresponding support at 480. Anyway, I do think the SMH will rally. The worst that should happen is a trip or two to RSI(14) of 30. However, I will be selling into the rally. I don't think that KLIC's vision of a slowdown will be anything other than a very important sign of a definite slowdown later this year for the industry as a whole. RtS
