goldcat -- I saw SUR at $1.20 the other day and I have to tell you that I have a problem with $100MM in market cap being assigned to what I view to be a bedtime story backed up by nothing more than a few hopeful anomalies, some trench samples and a fast talker.

Although I am aware of the Cult of SUR and that retail has always loved a good story, it's going to be difficult maintaining the current price level without any hard evidence to support it. And I don't see how that hard evidence (if in fact there will be any) can materialize anytime soon considering the time and money it will take to drill and compile data in acceptable form on a property that size. Even the Cult members will grow weary waiting for it, and then there's also those nasty visits from the Dilution Man to fund all the exploration.

I am also suspicious that Rennie appears to be setting up yet another rabbit for the shareholder dogs to chase around the track in the form of this "new anomaly", as this is an old promoter ploy that allows the focus to be dragged away from the last batch of promises to the new story if the old one looks to be bombing out, buying extra time to finish distributing the stock to the faithful. The man is master of stringing people along, I will give him that.

However, as I said before, I'm just an old jaded cynic and should be ignored, and I'm not looking for an argument. I could probably make the above comments about more than half of the stocks on the board
