I did that too.

In 2000-02 the rate on 52 week T-Bills fell about 500 basis points or 78%, and prime rate fell close to 400 basis points.

In 1990-92 the 52 week T-Bill fell 560 basis points or 65%, and prime rate fell about 400 basis points.
