Petz, Intel moving more chipsets to 90nm frees up 130nm capacity for low density flash. Intel's additional 65nm fab frees up 90nm capacity for both chipsets and flash, chipsets probably taking prevalence over flash but at current low cpu demand I'm not counting out more 90nm flash sales as well. If it happens at a significant scale this should first be visible in spot prices of high density high frequency NOR for cell phones. I haven't heard of steep price declines either at high and low densities and don't expect them until somewhere in Q2 if it happens. I think Spansion will make guidance for Q1 and will be listening for hints for Q2. As you might have read on the Spansion board I doubled my investment in Spansion today. I might trade the last bit I bought if stock price looks right to me before earnings. I plan on keeping at least the first chunk I bought for the long haul.
