That's mighty generous! Will they also have to spend several years living in constant fear that their larger competitor will illegally coerce their customers into cancelling orders just when they were about to get out of the red? Oh, wait, that might actually motivate them to get their act together ...

In the meantime AMD will have to decide if they should let intc settle the lawsuit for, say, 4 fabs or whether to really hurt them. Decisions, decisions. :))
