Mark: They just changed CEO's, supposedly to a guy who knows oil. The last guy didn't seem to know his way to the bathroom. They've made lots of promises about drilling and producing, but few goals have been met. They also seem to be interested in buying up property (allegedly for potential gas/oil prospects) in Africa and other places. Whenever they get an "analyst" to cover them, it's either company paid or someone who isn't terribly mainstream. That's not a particularly unheard of situation for OTC's, as you know. While I don't dispute your TA on this, I've been waiting for a move for quite some time. If they could get some real oil/gas outta' the ground, this could move. RK
