I agree it's not easy, but not impossible, but that's how foreign policy works... one day a country is our friend, then they're our enemy because of one reason or another... maybe not the very next day, but over time attitudes change and foreign policies adjust accordingly... I agree, it's certainly a complicated game... look at the Dubai port deal, that's a perfect example... Bush wanted to reward them for being pro-West, but the political firestorm was not expected... GZ
