I believe both parties cheat in every election. It probably about evened itself out until the electronic voting machines came along. Now the republicans have such an advantage the only way a democrat can beat a republican which the party doesn't want to lose is to win by over 10%, maybe more this coming election. Junior will be desperate to keep congress so he won't be impeached he may have his people throw a few races his way even if the democrat wins in a landslide.
