OPINION This Lmorovan poster cannot expect any court to consider a blanket statement in the board description to protect hisself from being sued. Lmorovan states: Shareholders meeting synopsis: No idea of how many units Baxa is responsible to purchase; he obviously hasn\'t read any S.E.C. reports that have answered that No idea of how much a unit costs; Again, he must not do much readng No idea of how many units were sold so far; Gee, I wonder why he dosen\'t know? No idea of how many units per month is the production capacity; Does this guy even listen to hisself? No idea of what will happen if CDEX loses the patent infringement suit; I guess he already knows next years super bowl winners! No figures of any kind that could support Griffin\'s claims of $50M in the next 3 years (claims that as they stand, are nothing more than pure, official and unadulterated company hype); Does Lmorovan have any facts to back up this statement or does it fall under his blanket cya statement? In other words, business as usual. Shareholders are what they always have been: an unavoidable nuisance, LOL. Gee, I am at a loss for words. How does ne repond to such a stupid comment? At least something came out of this: I saved myself the $400.00 of travel and lodging expenses. And a good a$$ kickin * by some nice respectable shareholders Don\'t miss the spectacular report by INET as soon as he can make it home.
