well I think that they should drop the school tax from anyone who is retired. I also think that 5% of any welfare payments should be repayable. and every one welfare that is not disabled should be required to do community service. And anyone who is on welfare who gets arrested for drug dealing should be charged with fraud, their children taken into the childrens aid, and not returned until the parents have a job.
