Quotas? I believed that if only her female "brethren" majority would vote for their own in office, we would automatically have fair representation of both genders throughout the administration.

Please correct me if being wrong. BTW, what would "brethren" be in female? Need to re read my Shakespeare - or King James'es Bible from 1611.
