Here you go again Maurice, flying off at the handle and taking an argument to your extremist views.

The argument originally started as a simple explanation why Iran, or another other nation, would wish to trade their natural resource for foreign currency, goods and services from other countries rather than consuming all of their natural resources internally.

You then went flying off the handle to discuss why your government steals from you to give to others. This is where the 'libertarian' philosophy goes into the realm of nuttiness.

You can certainly sell the idea of small, efficient, limited government. What you cannot sell, because you do not know, is what constitutes a small, efficient, limited government.

This is because the 'libertarian' philsophy does not understand and acknowledge actual, real-life human behavior. Add to this a general tendency of 'libertarians' to hate actual human beings and you have a philosophy that looks like absolute nonsense.

Clean up your philosophy and then you won't find people thinking that you're one part grump and one part nuts.

Thank you for playing.
