Well.......when I used to help organize anti-Vietnam war demonstrations I recall there were early days when they seemed quite small but they snowballed in the 4th year of the illegal war and resulted in LBJ throwing in the towel. Does size matter? If so Bush is a bigger Nazi than Hitler was
