Lazarus there's a difference between somebody being of slightly below average intelligence and somebody committing horrid crimes. The fact that one should be punished by execution doesn't mean the other should. See if you can see the difference between the two. I will check your answer tomorrow.

Ah, I see. Hey, bullets aren't all THAT expensive. We could save them some pain and suffering.

Again your obsession with being in charge of other people, deciding for them and to the extent of shooting them. Perhaps you should see somebody to discuss your proclivities to violence. People are quite capable of deciding for themselves what to do with their lives without you chasing them with a gun.

Capital punishment does exist in NZ, but it's normally used in situations where police have trouble stopping people doing something by other means. I think that there are other means, but shooting is traditional. It's also allowed in self-defence in dire straits. But courts don't give execution orders.

I don't see why you think I "don't want to touch the fact that capital punishment doesn't exist in Kiwiland". There's not much to say about it. It's not done. I think it should be. What else do you think I might say about it?
