I didn't think so, and I wasn't either but I will try to refrain from that type post in the future.

What is wrong with using filings as one of the very first steps in learning about a company?

Sorry...'it' is the private placement. I am no longer considering the offering as the founder would be a 97% shareholder and there apparently will be nothing in
WRITING about distributing profits if there ever any, and nothing in writing about pretty much anything else either. On the most simple of levels, salaries or other expenses can be inflated at minor shareholders expense. For me, case closed.
