Don't be silly Wayne...we all live breathing cleaner air due to these improvements. Even in DC..

Much of Calif. has its problems due to lack of air circulation. ie Breezes in from the West trapped due to mountains to the East. Here in Fla. where we have cross ventilation from Atlantic to Gulf and vis a vis we finally ABANDONED car engine emissions inspections as it was proven it had no effect good or bad on our air quality which more often then not is in the excellent category. jdn
