I also never said you said this was a scam. Listen, I'm on your side. I was just giving support to your other option of being a legitimate company. Hopefully they are not doing anything that is illegal, but they do have some communication issues...at the very least, they should be letting the shareholders know they are still working on the financials and audit and they will be out when they get done...just an update is all that is needed to calm the choppy waters...jmho.
