I agree. This BS about keeping info confidential because it might cause "market disruption," is an adminstrator's decision, arbitrarily interfering with the market, and then claiming the market can take care of itself.

Michael, RE: It's an illegal practice, so expose those people who are doing it.

Here's a perfect example of the disservice that Bob O'Brien is doing.

Failure to Deliver isn't necessarily illegal. It can sometimes happen.

Naked Short Selling IS illegal, if it is outside the exceptions.

O'Brien treats the two as exactly the same, and many of his arguments aren't legitimate because of it. I have tried to set him straight, and he refuses to listen.
