We'll see. Last week foreigners sold 10 billion worth of US
treasuries. The fundamental situation is horrible - almost $1 Trillion
current account deficit, which adds $45-50 billion per year in
interest payments. 7% trade deficit is not just bad, it's
horrible. With the Fed being a major bubble proponent,
the only fundamental direction for us is much higher long-term interest rates
and much lower stocks and dollar. It will happen, and it will be the cause of
a major currency crisis, but will it start this week? Only time
will tell.

Stocks are on a ST (~ 1 week scale) sell. If bonds rally some
more, I expect renewed strength in stocks. If not, then this
could be a start of the BK.
