This is Veridium's second technology for the recovery of byproduct oils that is now going to be in production producing revenue. There has been a rather quick response by the corn ethanol production industry in Veridium’s {Corn Oil Extraction System} (tm). Veridium acquired the rights to the COES on the first of February last month. In the proceeding 7 weeks four contracts have been sold that will produce a continuing income stream of $5.6-7.2 million per year. Today the announcement of the sale of this new contract for the extraction of oils and fats from the effluent of a major meat packing plant is even bigger than the COES with expected revenues of $2.1-2.6 million. There are by Veridium's accounts approximately 65 corn ethanol plants that could benefit from Veridium's COES (61 more). I don't know if it would be realistic to expect all of them to adopt Veridium's process but as it is free of upfront costs to the ethanol producers and will generate about $1.5 million extra to their bottom line, in my opinion, many if not most will adopt this process generating an income stream for Veridium that could with in a year surpass $50,000,000. Once the installation cost is amortized this income stream will be essentially pure profit. I am reasonably sure that there will be a demand for Veridium's proprietary recovery systems. Even ignoring the above Veridium has 135,000,000 shares outstanding and now has a reliable income stream of $7.7 million dollars per year, $9.8 Million when Mean Green BioFuels (sister company) comes on line. Giving 5.7 cents a share earnings or better than 1:1 price to earnings ratio. With that advent of Mean Green producing biodiesel, that will rise to 7.25 cents per share for a price to earnings ratio of 1:1.45. This assumes no more sales, at all, of their proprietary systems. This also ignores income from several other sources. While this is pure speculation, dreaming a little, it is not unreasonable to expect many more sales of each of these systems generating a price to earnings ratio of 1:10 or even better measured against today’s price. Veridium is, in my opinion, just ready to explode in price. r
