NaviSite's European Operation Closes Several New Customer Wins and Customer Renewals in its second fiscal quarter of 2006

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2006--NaviSite, Inc. (NASDAQ: NAVI - News), a leading provider of IT hosting, outsourcing and professional services for mid- to large-sized organizations, today announced strong customer momentum for its second fiscal quarter of 2006 in its European operation with several new customer signings and customer renewals.
New customer wins include Telstra, Coverpoint, Parks Hotel Management, Global Marine, and United Utilities:

Telstra Europe, one of the UK's leading alternative business telephony and internet suppliers, chose NaviSite for a remote DBA service. Telstra chose NaviSite because of its proven track record, and NaviSite is now their primary applications management partner in the UK.
Coverpoint, which offers a Web-enabled trading tool designed for the insurance industry to facilitate insurance quoting, binding, document processing and contract certainty, signed with NaviSite for a hosting environment to support its insurance trading platform. Coverpoint chose NaviSite because of its ability to provide a secure, flexible and easily expandable solution.
Parks Hotel Management, which works with the Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, part of Rezidor SAS Hospitality, was looking for a reliable and flexible hosting partner for a managed services offering to support its finance application from Access Dimensions. Parks Hotel Management chose NaviSite based on a referral by a current NaviSite customer.
Global Marine, which offers market-leading cable installation and maintenance for telecommunications, scientific research, oil, gas, utilities and renewable energy sectors, chose NaviSite for a 12-server Microsoft solution that covers all aspects of their IT environment, including e-mail, Blackberry and Citrix. This will be installed over three phases.
United Utilities, a company that manages and operates the regulated electricity distribution, water and wastewater networks in northwest England, was looking for a reliable hosting solution. It chose NaviSite for its comprehensive technical solution that answered their needs and requirements.

XcapeWithUs, which provides an online booking tool for travel accommodations, recently expanded their relationship with NaviSite for Web site hosting. XcapeWithUs has grown rapidly over the past year and was looking to revamp their Web site to be faster and more agile, and they chose NaviSite based on its existing Web hosting relationship.
