If informed investors thought the shares were worth $18+ knew the company faced generic competition as early as 2010, and now think it might be mid to late 2008, how could that possible change the valuation by >$8.00 if the company is pulling in $1.20 a year by then? At most, the share price should have changed by $2.00. So the question is, was it inefficiently priced at $18.00 before the news .... if it WAS efficient at $18, it should now sell efficiently for $16 .... that's why i'm buying here at 9.90.
