Yep..And senseitx calls it once again. Todays 10q is old news for those who have followed this with diligence. General housekeeping 101. The better news is yet to come.

These financials are from period ending 9/30/05 - they do not reflect anything for the last 6 months. The next 2 quarterly reports are what will show current activities and revenues generated.

They are getting all past financials in order to become fully reporting and get off the pinks.

95% of pinks do not report at all - GCHR will be a huge winner imo.

Well, for one thing, they now have producing wells online. How much they are producing is yet to be seen. Also, the geological team is hunting in Kansas. form 211, quarterlys, and MORE wells online are in the works.

When I talked with the company last week they said the following 10-qs will be completed much faster then the 10-k. For one they are quarterly reports not annual, and they have been keeping good records with the new producing sites. So time will tell.

The filing itself clearly looks like crap and it's selling off at the close. Hopefully, the posters are correct on IHub in their claims that the next Q will show something that justifies a higher price.

It's obviously the first step at getting off the Pinks...........

I usually defer to someone else's analysis of those; i.e.: donpat, rrm, you, etc.
