I didn't.

I NEVER SAID that was YOUR POSITION. (I merely said that the author of the posted piece seemed to be arguing FOR a 'more activist Supreme Court' because he was bemoaning the fact that the Justices did not intrude into the case.) However (something I alsp pointed out), it seemed he only wanted the justices to get 'active' FOR the causes that he agreed with. :)
