Many conservatives, perhaps even the chimp Caesar himself, are DETERMINED that they aren't going to let a little thing like the the will of the people keep them from winning THIS war, like with Vietnam! As they see it, America needs oil to grow and we need a guarantee of a steady supply. They also understand that Americans are not too bright and would not fully appreciate what they are doing on our behalf......but they DO know better. That's also why they are not letting anyone's will to get in their way.
