Those statistics are sad.

Safety tends to be money based. If you have a lot of money, you get to live in a safe area, otherwise you don't.

Eighty percent of black guys in Chicago drop out of high school by tenth grade. That's 80% of 120K or 96,000 guys in Chicago. That's a lot of people. And if that's happening in Chicago, then its happening in other cities as well.

Soooo....is it any wonder a guy like Bush gets elected in these not so united states?
