Smoking when you're eating is the worse. Even when I smoked, I never smoked at the dining room table.

I agree with you about people and choices, but in the case of smoking I can't agree. From everything we have learned about cigarette smoke, be it first hand or second hand, a smoker is subjecting everyone in their nasty habit, and that doesn't even account for the horrible smell and obnoxious odor.

I have a neighbor who is banned to his garage by his wife with his smoking habit. Unfortunately he leaves his garage door opened and the smoke comes through my upper windows. I cannot open my windows when I know he is sitting on his little stool watching his little TV and smoking his little cancer sticks. There is a prime example of someone having the right to smoke in their own home but it also effects me.
