But someone else picks up the tab for you and I being capped on our homesteads. Investment property taxes, insurance and HOA dues are now out of sight. Tripled for many in five years and is a big reason condos prices are set to crash hard in FL and other sunbelt markets with too much new supply that can't even be rented for much above the total operating expenses. I do see copper prices power higher and higher. Any idea how much costs of construction have gone up in 5 years?
